• Free parking for senior citizens and visitors with disabilities
• Designated parking spaces for people with disabilities, located close to the entrances
• Tactile guidance systems, developed in collaboration with the Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired, safely guide visually impaired individuals from the Badner Bahn to entrances 5 and from the bus station to entrance 8
• Barrier-free access to both levels of the center
• Automatic or revolving doors at all entrances – including slow-down buttons for safe and convenient entry

 

🧭 Easy Navigation – Move Around Seamlessly

• Silent Hour: Every Monday - Saturday from 09:00 to 11:00 – less noise, more relaxation
• Elevators available throughout the center, with priority access for visitors with disabilities and families, plus a blinking signal system at the elevators for better orientation
• Accessible webpage for simple and convenient online navigation
• Interactive directories throughout the center with a special barrier-free mode for easier, barrier-free navigation
• High-contrast floor tiles to assist visually impaired visitors  

🌿 Enjoy Comfort – Relax & Feel at Ease

• Accessible restrooms – unlocked with the Euro key system
• A large changing table for children and/or adults in the family restroom between Entrance 4 and Water Plaza
• Free wheelchair rental at our two reception desks
• A wheelchair-accessible playground located outside the multiplex area
• Inclusion training for our security, reception, and technical staff to welcome people with special needs
• Multiple rest areas throughout the center, offering plenty of space to sit down, relax, and take a break
